About Shaft Tip Weights

Shaft tip weights are used to adjust swing weight during club assembly, reshafting, or repair. Installed inside the shaft tip before final epoxy, tip weights provide a clean and hidden method for fine-tuning club feel without changing head appearance with lead tape.

Tip weights are commonly used when installing lighter shafts, matching swing weight across a set, or dialing in feel during custom builds. They are available for .355 taper steel and various graphite shafts, with multiple weight options to allow precise adjustment.

Heavy brass tip weights are the most common option for steel shafts, while lighter-weight designs are typically used for graphite builds. When installed properly with epoxy, shaft tip weights provide a permanent and reliable swing weight adjustment.
