Our ExactFit .355 taper collared iron ferrules are dimensioned specifically to the TaylorMade P-Series hosel, delivering a clean OEM-style appearance with minimal to no finishing work required. Designed for .355 taper-tip iron shafts, the body is produced to sit flush against the hosel rather than standing proud.
Most aftermarket ferrules are molded oversize at .540"–.550" on the assumption that the builder will turn them down on a belt sander. ExactFit takes the opposite approach; each profile is measured off the actual OEM head, prototyped, and produced to match. For builders working without a belt sander or turning setup, that means a clean transition with little or no additional work.
The integrated collar seats into the hosel centering the shaft during installation and improving alignment as epoxy cures. Because the collar sits within the bore, it creates a mechanical anchor inside the epoxy bond. This helps to prevent the long-term ferrule creep common with standard non-collared ferrules. Finished in plain black gloss.
Each production batch is test-fit on TaylorMade iron heads to confirm visual and dimensional compatibility. Designed for builders who value precision, stability, and clean final presentation.

Not compatible: TaylorMade Qi, Qi HL, Qi Max, Stealth, SIM and SIM2 irons use .370 parallel tip shafts and will not accept this ferrule. Milled Grind wedges use a different hosel size and are not covered by this listing.

Do these ferrules require turning after installation?
These are dimensioned to match the hosel rather than molded oversize, so most installations need minimal to no finishing work. Standard aftermarket ferrules are produced at .540"-.550" with the expectation that you will turn them down. Because OEM heads carry their own manufacturing tolerance, some clubs may still benefit from a light turn or polish for the cleanest possible presentation.
Which TaylorMade irons do these ferrules fit?
These are designed around the TaylorMade P-Series collared hosel: the P7CB, P790 (2021-2025), P770 (2020-2025), P760, P750, P730 and P790 UDI. All use .355 taper tip shafts. Our design work and in-house test fitting were done on the P7CB.
My TaylorMade model isn't listed — will these fit?
Possibly. We list only the models we can stand behind rather than claiming every P-Series iron, so the table is deliberately conservative. Message us with your model and shaft type and we'll confirm before you order.
Will these fit TaylorMade Qi, Stealth, or SIM irons?
No. Those are game-improvement models built around .370 parallel tip shafts, which is a different bore entirely. This ferrule is for .355 taper tip P-Series irons only.
How many ferrules are included with each order?
Each order includes one pack of 10 ferrules - enough for a full iron set reshaft with spares on hand for future repairs.
