Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
- Orders placed Monday through Friday by 7 PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed and shipped the next business day (excluding holidays)
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 7pm EST Friday until 7pm EST Sunday will be shipped on Monday (excluding holidays)

Federal Holidays
- Shipping will be delayed on federal holidays when carrier facilities are closed.
- Orders will be shipped the next available business day that is not a federal holiday.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
- Shipping options, rates, and carriers will be displayed at checkout.
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors and your local carrier office first.
- If you cannot locate your package, contact us within 3 days of the delivery date. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier but cannot guarantee a replacement.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Photo proof of the damaged item and packaging is required.
- Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or assist in a carrier claim.
