Brampton PRO-FIX Long Cure Epoxy is a professional-grade golf club shafting epoxy designed for builders who want maximum work time, dependable strength, and a durable bond.

With a 20-minute work life, Long Cure gives you enough time to prep and assemble multiple clubs from a single mix, making it ideal for full iron sets, reshafting jobs, and production-style club builds. Once cured, it creates a strong, impact-resistant bond suitable for steel, graphite, titanium, wood, and plastic golf club components.

This is the longest-working epoxy in the Brampton PRO-FIX lineup and is a great choice when you do not need a fast turnaround and prefer extra time for careful assembly, alignment, and cleanup.

Key Features:

  • 20-minute work life
  • Full cure in 24 hours at 72°F / 22°C
  • 1:1 mix ratio by volume
  • Designed specifically for golf club assembly and repair
  • Works with steel, graphite, titanium, wood, and plastic components
  • Ideal for full sets, reshafting, club building, and repair work
  • Amber color when fully cured

Application Note: For best results, fully prepare the shaft and hosel before mixing, mix thoroughly, apply epoxy to both bonding surfaces, and allow the club to cure undisturbed at room temperature.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does Brampton PRO-FIX Long Cure Epoxy take to cure?

PRO-FIX Long Cure Epoxy fully cures in 24 hours at room temperature, approximately 72°F / 22°C. Warmer temperatures may speed up curing, while colder temperatures may slow it down.

How much working time does Long Cure Epoxy provide?

Long Cure has a 20-minute work life, giving you more time to assemble clubs compared to faster-curing epoxies. This makes it a strong choice for full-set builds, multiple reshafts, or careful alignment work.

What is the mix ratio?

The mix ratio is 1:1 by volume. Dispense equal amounts of Part A and Part B, then mix thoroughly before applying.

Can I use this epoxy with graphite and steel shafts?

Yes. PRO-FIX Long Cure Epoxy is designed for golf club assembly and works with common club materials including graphite, steel, titanium, wood, and plastic components.

Can I add glass shafting beads?

Yes. Glass shafting beads may be added when working with a slightly loose shaft-to-hosel fit. Brampton recommends mixing glass beads at 2–4% by volume and not exceeding 4%.
