Replacement Weights for Srixon ZXi Drivers

Fine-tune swing weight, ball flight, and shot shape with these precision-machined aftermarket weights for Srixon ZXi drivers. Designed to fit the adjustable sole weight system, these weights allow golfers and club builders to optimize center of gravity placement for improved performance.

Srixon ZXi drivers feature interchangeable sole weights that can be positioned to influence draw or fade bias, as well as overall swing weight. This makes weight adjustments an important part of custom fitting and club building.

These replacement weights are ideal for adjusting feel, replacing lost weights, or dialing in launch and spin characteristics.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use these weights to replace a lost or missing factory Srixon ZXi sole weight, or do I need an OEM part?

Yes, these aftermarket weights are precision-machined to the same dimensions as the factory-installed sole weights and install securely using a standard T25 Torx torque wrench, making them a direct functional replacement for a lost or damaged original. There is no meaningful performance difference between these and the OEM weight for fitting and building purposes. Each weight ships with the installation screw already in place, so you have everything needed to get the club back to full working order without sourcing an official replacement through a retailer or manufacturer.

What happens when I move the weight to the heel or toe on a Srixon ZXi driver?

On compatible Srixon ZXi drivers, moving more weight toward the heel can help promote a draw bias, while positioning more weight toward the toe can help reduce a left miss and encourage a fade bias. Many golfers use the adjustable weight system to fine-tune shot shape without making changes to their swing or shaft setup.

What is the difference between the ZXi, ZXi LS, and ZXi Max — and does weight positioning work the same way across all three?

The ZXi is the standard model balancing distance and forgiveness, the ZXi LS is a low-spin head aimed at faster swing speeds seeking a flatter, more penetrating ball flight, and the ZXi Max is a higher MOI option designed for maximum forgiveness and draw bias assistance. While all three use the same T25 Torx adjustable sole weight system and accept the same replacement weights, the port positioning varies by model with heel/toe placement on some variants, front/back on others. Before ordering, confirm your specific model's port layout so you can plan your weight strategy accordingly.

How many weights will I receive per order?

Each order quantity of 1 includes one (1) individual weight in your selected gram option. Multiple weights and color variations may appear in our listing photos to showcase the available options, demonstrate installation, or provide product context — but a single quantity at checkout means one weight will be shipped.

If you need multiple weights, simply adjust your quantity at checkout or add each gram option individually to your cart.

Are the listed weights exact, and what are the manufacturing tolerances?

Due to standard manufacturing tolerances, the exact weight of each component may vary slightly from the listed gram value. Our target tolerance is ±0.5 grams, and in practice our components frequently exceed that standard — meaning real-world variance is often even tighter than our published tolerance.

For context, golf club heads from major manufacturers typically carry a tolerance of ±1–2 grams, and golf grips and shafts often have similar or larger variances. Our ±0.5g target is held to a higher standard than most of the components already in your bag. For products that include a screw and/or washer, listed weights reflect the total weight of the component including the screw and/or washer that ship with the product as an "installed unit weight."

These minor variations do not significantly impact performance and are well within accepted industry standards. Please review these tolerances before purchasing. By placing an order you acknowledge these variations as a normal part of precision manufacturing. If you have any questions before ordering, feel free to contact us.
